About Us
The mission of the CAHS Office of Research is to provide the resources needed to support scientific advancement and research endeavors by the faculty in the College in Allied Health Sciences.
We collaborate directly with investigators to assist them with the preparation and internal review of grant applications, including the budget and administrative sections. We also provide post-award assistance to faculty with regards to budget and expenditure oversight, reports and compliance. We are the interface between CAHS investigators and administrators in the central grant offices at ECU.
Our College has joined with the College of Nursing to establish the CON-CAHS Research Administrative Hub. Support for faculty for internal and external grants, pre-award support, start-up funding, and other research-related activities are managed by the staff in the Hub.
