Dr. Swati Surkar, Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy was awarded a 2019 American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental medicine (AACPDM) Junior Investigator Research Grant.

Dr. Surkar (PI) and Drs. James Lin and John Willson (CO-Is) were awarded the AACPDM grant for their clinical research project entitled, Remote Ischemic Conditioning as Neurorecovery Agent for Children with Cerebral Palsy.
