Congratulations Dr. Briley!

Congratulations to Dr. Patrick Briley, a recent graduate from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders! Dr. Briley, a PhD graduate under the mentorship of Dr. Charles Ellis Jr., was awarded a Student Research Travel Award (SRTA) to attend the annual American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Convention.

Dr. Briley is the first author on Relative Contributions to the OASES’ Impact Score, the highest-rated, student-authored paper in its Convention topic area. The purpose of the STRA is to highlight the research activities of students and encourage careers in science and research. As an award recipient, Dr. Briley will receive a stipend and complimentary Convection registration.
