I am currently an ECU undergraduate senior studying exercise physiology and I am also a personal trainer (PT) at ECU’s Recreation Center. Once I graduate, I have plans to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy at a school in NC. I will be working under the mentorship of Dr. Surkar on the HABIT study for the rest of my duration of undergrad. Back in Winter 2021, I was a part of the HABIT camp, and this experience is what brought me back as a research assistant.
