Lab Director/Principal Investigator

Heather Harris Wright, PhD, CCC-SLP
Dr. Heather Harris Wright is the Director of the Aging and Adult Language Disorders Lab at ECU. Dr. Wright is a certified speech-language pathologist and serves as the Associate Dean of Research of the College of Allied Health Sciences and College of Nursing. She has over 20 years of experience of working with adults with language and cognitive disorders resulting from stroke, head injury, and dementia.
